Tonight, telecom lobbyists threw a lavish DC fundraiser for Sen. Wicker, and tomorrow he will chair his first big Senate hearing on tech legislation. This is blatant corruption, so we showed up to the event to demanded real privacy protections, not fake legislation written by lobbyists.
